There are so many deals out there , but I wonder how much further prices are going to drop.

What areas will stay strong ? Obviously those beach areas within 3 hours drive of a major city like Charlotte or Atlanta.
I am no longer a broker as of June , although I was one for about 7 plus years and owned my own company.
Many of the trouble businesses wind up in is the result of having embarked upon financial projects as well as transactions without getting the proper assistance initially.
