There are so many deals out there , but I wonder how much further prices are going to drop.

What areas will stay strong ? Obviously those beach areas within 3 hours drive of a major city like Charlotte or Atlanta.
I am no longer a broker as of June , although I was one for about 7 plus years and owned my own company.
